Bespoke Renovations & Custom Homes

Serving Buckhead, North Atlanta & the 575 corridor

With two decades of experience in luxury residential construction, I bring a refined, process-driven approach to managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects, from pre-construction planning through execution and completion. My expertise covers all aspects of project and portfolio management, ensuring that each build is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.I am currently available for limited, design driven projects.Having previously worked with many of the region’s most sought-after architects and designers, I’ve cultivated a deep network of trusted craftsmen, trade partners, and suppliers, ensuring exceptional quality and meticulous attention to detail in every project. My commitment is to deliver value through a seamless, well-managed construction process that honors both design vision and client expectations.

Brian’s diverse background in construction began with hands-on experience in various sectors, from heavy construction to historic restorations, luxury custom home builds, and renovations. His various business ventures and entrepreneurial experience sharpened his business and project management expertise, equipping him with the skills to navigate complex challenges and consistently deliver successful outcomes. As a licensed residential/light commercial general contractor in Georgia, Brian holds multiple certifications and brings a well-rounded perspective to every project.

I believe well-run projects come down to one thing: clear expectations.
Most of the chaos in luxury residential construction comes from information gaps, so I focus heavily on upfront planning, transparent communication, and realistic budgeting. When everyone understands the scope, the “why” behind decisions, and how changes affect cost and schedule, projects run smoother and the final result is better.
I don’t present lowball pricing just to win a contract. I build budgets that are accurate, defensible, properly contingencied, and designed to keep clients “safe” inside their true financial lane. The sooner you understand the real costs of your project, the more control you have.I take on a very limited number of design-driven projects each year and manage no more than one or two at a time. You get focused attention, consistent oversight, and none of the “drive-by contractor” experience that has become far too common in this industry.
